SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICIES
- Orders are delivered within 2–3 business days.
- Customers are allowed to open and inspect the order while the courier is present (up to 5 minutes).
- If the customer refuses to receive the order before or after inspection, shipping fees must be paid.
- Exchange requests must be made on the same day of delivery. Requests after that will not be accepted.
